The Communications Firm has produced, staged and managed a host of memorable events and top functions, catering for 100 to 4 000 people. We believe that clients benefit from every face-to-face encounter with the consumer, and therefore place great emphasis on brand immersion experiences.
Our experience and creative endeavours extend to general corporate hospitality; on-the-ground promotions or brand activations; cutting-edge conferences, seminars or exhibitions; sporting events such as a golf day or family fun day; team building or corporate social investment events; year-end functions; product or media launches; and glamorous gala dinners.
Our event offerings include concept development, project conceptualisation, planning, implementation and on-site management; the production, design and staging of events; database creation and RSVP management; the co-ordination of all event logistics; protocol management; the contracting of suitable event entertainment; and guest relations.
